hi guys
well executor just means you are able to recruit other players and in a really new faction , it wont matter that much, coz everyone ought to help out to recruit and try to take care of stuff. whats more..level has nottin to do with it,
so i would recommend someone who plays a lot and will stay loyal to faction.

I left the faction for Cobra since it are ur allies and theyre lvl is a bit higher =)
